Description

You will manage full-lifecycle US IT recruitment, owning the process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate reports in Excel.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding for US-based clients.
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines within defined SLAs.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
• Proficiency with ATS and VMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of US employment types, visas, and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
• Understanding of technical skills including Cloud, AI, ERP, Java, .NET, DevOps, and SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate interaction.
• Familiarity with US time zones and work culture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines.
• Track record of meeting strict recruitment deadlines.
