Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT and Non-IT roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit IT talent for various US-based clients.
• Utilize networking and sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and interview potential candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define specific requirements and needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial job posting through to offer acceptance.

Required Skills

• 4 to 12 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
• Proven experience recruiting for both US IT and Non-IT roles.
• Strong networking and sourcing capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the IT industry.
• Expertise in US IT Recruitment and US Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
• Any Graduate degree.
