Description

You will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT professionals within the US market from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Screen applicants, perform background checks, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent.
• Collaborate with HR teams to refine recruitment processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically as a US IT Recruiter.
• Deep understanding of IT terminologies and technical requirements.
• Proven experience with job boards including Monster, CareerBuilder, and Dice.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and visa requirements such as H1B, OPT, and Green Card.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and sourcing strategies simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.
