Description

You manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for US-based IT positions from a remote location in India.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone or video interviews to assess technical skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage the offer negotiation process.
• Maintain candidate data accuracy within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter in a corporate or agency environment.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques including Boolean strings and social platforms.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment regulations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ANY GRADUATE education.
• 1 year of tenure in a similar role.
