Responsibilities

  • Screen applicants for technical proficiency and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage the candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with account managers to fulfill specific client requirements.

Required Skills

  • 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Proven sourcing expertise.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of US work visas and tax terms.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US EST.
