Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals including Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- Screen applicants for technical proficiency and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with account managers to fulfill specific client requirements.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proven sourcing expertise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of US work visas and tax terms.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US EST.
