Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT professionals within the US market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source IT professionals using various search methods.
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure alignment with technical job requirements.
• Negotiate salary details and manage the closing process for open positions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leads to fulfill urgent technical requirements.
• Maintain and update the Resourcing Application System routinely.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proficiency in Boolean searching and sourcing techniques.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proven negotiation skills for salary and placement discussions.
• Experience working within Human Resources frameworks.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones.
