Description

You manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT professionals serving US-based clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, and other professional job boards.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary rates, contract terms, and manage offer extensions.
• Maintain organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Skills

• 3-8 years of experience in full-cycle US IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Deep understanding of US immigration policies, work authorizations, and visa types including H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, and TN.
• Proven ability to negotiate salary rates and contract terms.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to develop talent pipelines through social media and professional networks.
