Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle front-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Engage with hiring managers to define needs, provide updates, and align on goals.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors to build the candidate pipeline.
• Utilize ATS, portals, and LinkedIn for top talent sourcing.
• Support onsite recruitment activities as required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proven experience in IT Recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with Vendor Management to maintain high-quality partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Ability to work independently managing multiple deadlines.
• Understanding of work authorizations and VISAs.
• Ability to provide market intelligence using data and metrics.
• Proficiency in US IT Recruiter processes.
