Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles, handling full-cycle sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide regular updates, and align on hiring goals.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors to build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Utilize ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn for top talent sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Support onsite recruitment activities and manage candidate logistics as required.
• Provide market intelligence using data and metrics to inform recruitment strategy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proven experience in IT Recruitment, specifically for US markets.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities for internal and external interactions.
• Experience with Vendor Management to maintain high-quality partnerships.
• Proficiency in US IT Recruiter processes, including full-cycle recruitment.
• Understanding of work authorizations, VISAs, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for managing multiple deadlines independently.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
