Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen IT candidates for US-based requirements
• Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
• Strong understanding of US IT technologies and job markets
• Experience with OPT, H1B, GC, USC, and other work authorizations
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing platforms
• Coordinate with account managers and hiring teams
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets
