Job Title : US IT Recruiter (Work from Home).

Location: 100% Remote

Current Working Hours : - 7 PM IST to 4.30 AM IST

Duties & Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience recruiting for C2C positions and W2 Contract

Strong experience working with Implementation Partners / SI (System Integrator) clients

Solid understanding of Core IT technologies and niche skill sets, including areas such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Java, .NET, and other specialized IT technologies

Strong understanding of the complete US IT Recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, technical evaluation coordination, submission, interview follow-up, negotiation, and closure

Ability to work on both high-volume and niche/complex IT requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment

Requirements 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 

3+ years of strong experience in US IT Recruitment

An experience in Job diva ATS & Linkedin RPS is a plus. 

Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired 

Experience recruiting for is highly desirable 

Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred 

Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies 

Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates 

Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have 

Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. 

Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environments.  

Note: 100% remote role and candidate must have a working Broadband (No Mobile Hotspot) and a laptop/desktop to work remotely
