Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for state client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for government-focused technical roles.
• Navigate state-specific IT recruitment processes and compliance standards.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines for ongoing state projects.

Required Skills

• 3-8 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Direct experience working with US state clients.
• Proven ability to source technical talent for government projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with W2 tax terms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Javascript, PHP, MySQL, Python, or AWS.
