Description

You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates via phone interviews to assess technical fit and experience.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing necessary preparation.
• Maintain a pipeline of IT professionals covering W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.

Required Skills

• 2-4 Years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US employment types: W2, C2C, 1099.
• Familiarity with visa classifications: H1B, GC, OPT, CPT.
• Experience using an Application Tracking System (ATS).
• Knowledge of various IT technologies and technical roles (developers, engineers, analysts).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
