You will manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT positions.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet candidates for full-time IT roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines using JobDiva.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage technical talent.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to fill open requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with JobDiva.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven track record working with implementation partners.
• Experience recruiting for US-based full-time IT positions.
• Ability to work the US EST shift (06:00 PM - 03:30 AM IST).
• Any Graduate degree.
