You manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions within the US market from the Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define specific technical requirements.
• Conduct interviews and manage the end-to-end candidate selection process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through effective calendar management.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience specifically in the US market.
• Deep understanding of US IT environments and technical terminology.
• Practical knowledge of W2, 1099, and C2C employment arrangements.
• Experience managing C2C and C2H positions.
• Knowledge of US work permits and staffing statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with US tax terms, HR contracting processes, and pay rates.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
