Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based direct clients across W2 and Corp-to-Corp models.

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT, Non-IT, Pharma, and Healthcare requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies and action plans to identify qualified candidates via job portals and networking sites.
• Drive conversion ratios from submittals to interviews and final placements.
• Maintain recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as agreed with operations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members and business unit heads to discuss sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, and candidate funnels.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US recruitment.
• Experience handling W2 and Corp-to-Corp requirements.
• Proven ability to meet individual and team targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with IT, Non-IT, Pharma, and Healthcare domains.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in a recruitment environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
