You will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for US-based IT staffing roles.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate technical candidates.
• Review and interpret technical job requirements to identify qualified talent.
• Format candidate resumes to meet specific client expectations.
• Foster long-term professional relationships with your candidate pipeline.
• Research new technologies to better understand evolving technical needs.

Required Skills

• 0.6 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US IT staffing.
• Ability to review and understand complex technical job requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating detailed job descriptions.
• Proven ability to follow up consistently with candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
