Description

Manage full-lifecycle IT recruitment for the US market from the Noida office. Own the end-to-end hiring process to meet monthly placement targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes to deliver at least two placements per month.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Meet monthly placement quotas and volume targets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Proven track record of achieving minimum monthly placement quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
• Experience working in a lead or senior recruitment capacity.
