Description

Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment with a focus on C2C requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and Prime Vendors.
• Interact directly with US clients and vendors to define job requirements and expectations.
• Prioritize multiple job requisitions and meet delivery deadlines.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment (C2C).
• Experience working with Tier 1 or Prime Vendors.
• Technical understanding of Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, and AWS.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems like Ceipal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for US client engagement.
• Ability to manage high volumes of requisitions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of US visa types including H1B, TN, Green Card, and EADs.
• Understanding of US immigration laws.
