You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients within the BFSI domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and head-hunting to identify niche technical talent.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships regarding submittal progress.
• Manage paperwork validation, negotiations, and candidate closing for assigned requisitions.
• Maintain data integrity within the ATS to ensure accurate recruitment reporting.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry, specifically within the BFSI domain.
• 3-5 years of experience recruiting for the US staffing market.
• Extensive experience (3+ years) handling W2 contract hire positions.
• Proven track record recruiting for Engineering, Storage, Semiconductor, Networking, or IoT roles.
• Deep understanding of US tax terms, statutory requirements, and HR contracting processes.
• Experience working within MSP/VMS models.
• Proficiency in sourcing via job boards, social media, and advanced boolean searches.
• Ability to work the mandatory night shift.
• Strong technical literacy to evaluate complex engineering skill sets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience sourcing for senior engineer and product-focused roles.
