Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for US-based IT roles.
• Identify and source qualified technical candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines within the US IT staffing framework.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.

Required Skills

• 0.6 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Demonstrated experience in US IT staffing.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong understanding of the US IT hiring landscape.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical screening and interviews.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
