Description

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based Information Technology roles, owning the process from sourcing to placement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Boolean searching to identify qualified technical candidates for US markets.
• Conduct candidate assessments to verify technical requirements and role fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting workflows and maintain active pipelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill specific technical hiring needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Proficiency in Boolean searching techniques.
• Strong understanding of Information Technology roles and technical requirements.
• Experience in candidate assessment and screening.
• Solid background in Human Resources (HR) practices.
• Effective professional communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage recruiting pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ATS platforms for workflow management.
