Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates for specialized US IT positions.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes to meet strict hiring deadlines.
• Manage the talent discovery lifecycle for high-volume technical pipelines.
• Align sourcing strategies with specific client hiring requirements.
• Handle candidate communications and interview coordination.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Proven background as a Talent Discovery Specialist.
• Experience within US IT recruitment or staffing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Ability to manage high-volume specialized role pipelines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
