Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients.
• Source candidates through job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ZipRecruiter.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data by uploading resumes to the ATS.
• Execute high-volume sourcing using advanced search strings and Boolean logic.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruiting.
• Proficiency in Boolean searching and developing complex search strings.
• Experience navigating job portals such as LinkedIn, Monster, and ZipRecruiter.
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong background in Information Technology recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priority requirements.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Business Management and Human Resources (HR) knowledge.
