You manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, handling everything from sourcing to placement.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.
• Upload resumes to the ATS and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interview schedules and processes with hiring managers.
• Maintain a proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.
• Manage multiple competing priority requirements independently.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruiting.
• Proficiency with ATS software and developing effective search strings.
• Experience navigating job portals such as Monster, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for phone and in-person presentations.
• Business management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
