Description

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles within the US market.

Responsibilities

• Manage at least three active requirements per day.
• Source and screen candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
• Handle recruitment for VMS clients, W2, and FTE requirements.
• Build and maintain professional networks and stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional services recruitment role.
• Proven experience with US IT recruitment processes.
• Working knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Understanding of US tax terms including W2 and FTE.
• Experience working with VMS clients.
• Strong analytical skills for handling numerical data.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
