You manage the full technical recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT roles, owning the process from sourcing to onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using niche platforms including Dice, Monster, and TechFetch.
• Write and post technical job descriptions to attract qualified talent.
• Screen IT resumes by parsing specialized skills and qualifications.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews using structured, technical, and behavioral methods.
• Collaborate with IT leaders to forecast hiring needs and department goals.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Hands-on experience with phone, Skype, and structured interview formats.
• Ability to understand and explain complex IT job requirements.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting for Information Technology roles.
• Knowledge of pre-screening and interviewing techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience networking via online and offline channels to promote employer branding.
