Description

You own the full recruitment lifecycle for US direct clients across Non-IT, Engineering, Aerospace & Defense, and Healthcare sectors.

You will manage the complete candidate funnel from sourcing to offer, ensuring high conversion ratios for submittals and meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with operations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates via job portals and networking sites.
• Manage the candidate funnel from sourcing to offer and hire.
• Conduct daily interactions and meetings with team leads to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview evaluations.
• Meet mutually agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with operations and key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Deep understanding of US Visa and employment types: W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT.
• Familiarity with Non-IT, Engineering, Aerospace, Defense, and Healthcare terminology.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and candidate interaction.
