You will manage full-cycle technical recruitment for IT and Engineering roles, ensuring strict adherence to US payroll compliance, tax terms, and visa requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical, IT, and engineering positions.
• Manage candidate workflows with a focus on tax compliance and visa processes.
• Coordinate hiring processes for engineering and hardware-focused roles.
• Apply knowledge of US payroll standards during the hiring lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems.
• Deep understanding of IT and Engineering job functions.
• Knowledge of tax terms and visa processes relevant to US payroll.
• Any Graduate degree.
