Description
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT and Non-IT roles.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit IT talent for various US-based clients.
- Utilize networking and sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define specific requirements and needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial job posting through to offer acceptance.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Up to 12 years of experience in US Staffing and Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for both US IT and Non-IT roles.
- Strong networking and sourcing capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry.
- Expertise in US IT Recruitment and US Technical Recruitment.
- Experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Any Graduate degree.
