You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems and Vendor Management Systems.
• Negotiate terms and communicate effectively with direct clients.
• Collaborate with team members to meet urgent hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Proven track record of working directly with clients.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting within Finance, Retail, or Manufacturing domains.
