Responsibilities

• Source candidates for full-time corporate roles using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Google search.
• Screen job applications by matching candidate profiles against specific job requirements.
• Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and manage salary negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a professional network through job portals and social media.
• Maintain a complete and organized recruitment database.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in US market recruitment for IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Proven expertise in sourcing for full-time corporate hiring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with salary negotiation, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
• Thorough understanding of various IT and Non-IT terminologies.
• Ability to work proactively and learn new processes quickly.
