You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the end to end recruitment process for various candidate profiles.
  • Screen candidates to ensure they meet specific technical and professional skill-set requirements.
  • Negotiate pay rates effectively with candidates.
  • Manage recruitment for Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, H1B, and TN Visa holders.

Required Skills

  • 1 to 7 years of experience in US Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with the end to end recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp.
  • Experience recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B, and TN Visa holders.
  • Strong rate negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Any Graduate degree.
