You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for the US market.
Responsibilities
- Execute the end to end recruitment process for various candidate profiles.
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet specific technical and professional skill-set requirements.
- Negotiate pay rates effectively with candidates.
- Manage recruitment for Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, H1B, and TN Visa holders.
Required Skills
- 1 to 7 years of experience in US Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with the end to end recruitment process.
- Knowledge of US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp.
- Experience recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B, and TN Visa holders.
- Strong rate negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
