Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the US market, owning the process from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and professional profiles.
• Screen candidates to verify they meet specific skill-set and visa requirements.
• Negotiate pay rates effectively with candidates and clients.
• Manage recruitment for Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, H1B, and TN Visa holders.

Required Skills

• 1 to 7 years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Knowledge of US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp.
• Experience recruiting for Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B, and TN Visa holders.
• Strong rate negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
