You will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles within the US staffing market.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes, conduct targeted searches, and pre-screen candidates through technical interviews.
• Analyze technical role requirements to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Execute creative outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and capture attention.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a steady candidate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records within the ATS.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven experience sourcing engineering candidates through multiple channels.
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task under urgency.
• High level of maturity, discretion, and professional common sense.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree.
