Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines to meet staffing requirements.
• Coordinate directly with hiring teams on technical needs.
• Source and screen candidates specifically for the US market.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing.
• Proven track record in technical recruitment.
• Ability to work PST shift hours.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with SAP recruitment.
