Description

You will manage the India Resource Management team and oversee work allocation, assignment, and scheduling functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the India Resource Management team and handle high-level conflicts with the management team.
• Execute scheduling using the Pro Staff system to enter updates, monitor assignments, and resolve conflicts.
• Direct the onboarding of new hires by building standard practices and managing the off-boarding and backfill process.
• Monitor time entry and billable hours reports, following up with niche leaders to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and implement standardized processes for staffing updates and recommend automation to improve efficiency.
• Prepare MIS, reporting, and dashboards for Senior Leadership.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Resource Planning and Management, preferably within US processes.
• Familiarity with US tax filing procedures, regulations, and tax software.
• Proficiency with Pro Staff or similar scheduling software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven people management experience, including providing direction and developmental feedback.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet stringent deadlines under pressure.
• Master’s degree or equivalent through regular academic programs.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
