Description

You will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for the US market.

Responsibilities

• Execute the overall talent acquisition plan and strategy within the US.
• Source candidates through social media, external recruiter engagement, and in-house channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and drive the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate screening, background checks, and salary negotiations.
• Collaborate with the finance team on recruitment approvals to align with headcount planning and budgets.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to interpret complex IT job descriptions within US markets.
• Experience building talent pipelines through networking and professional job boards.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience with candidate negotiation and background verification processes.
