Description

You will manage end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for the US market.

Responsibilities

• Execute the overall talent acquisition plan and strategy within the US.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networking sites, job boards, and external recruiter engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Screen incoming candidates and manage background checks for shortlisted individuals.
• Handle candidate negotiations and collaborate with the finance team on recruitment approvals and budget alignment.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to interpret complex US-based IT job descriptions.
• Experience building candidate pipelines through active networking and job boards.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently.
• Experience in workforce solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.
