Description

You will manage the full cycle of US IT bench sales and consultant placement.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full cycle of bench sales, from submitting consultants to closing deals.
• Negotiate and confirm optimal rates for consultants.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with clients and vendors.
• Develop and maintain a robust vendor network to ensure quick candidate placement.
• Update and maintain the consultant database and generate daily reports.

Required Skills

• 3-10 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing.
• Deep understanding of US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience working with various visa types such as H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, and E3.
• Proven ability to develop vendor networks and manage placements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and vendor interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work according to the US Central Standard Time zone.
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand consultant profiles.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.
