Description

You will lead usability activities and research to define software workflows and interactions for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify user needs, mental models, and working contexts.
• Translate product vision into workflows and designs through design thinking workshops and requirement definition sessions.
• Execute formative and summative studies to evaluate software usability.
• Lead UFEMA activities and manage all usability-related documentation for development programs.
• Collaborate with software engineers in an Agile environment using rapid prototyping and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design.
• Experience with Medical Devices.
• Proficiency with Google Design Sprints.
• Expertise in collaborative design and service design.
• Ability to perform rapid prototyping.
• Experience with both informal and formal usability testing.
• Background in working with product owners to define market needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UFEMA standards and documentation.
