Description

You will lead usability activities and documentation for software development programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify user needs, mental models, and working contexts.
• Translate product vision into software workflows, interactions, and designs.
• Lead UX requirement definition sessions and design thinking workshops.
• Execute Formative and Summative studies.
• Manage UFEMA activities and usability-related documentation.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in UX Design.
• Experience with Medical Devices.
• Proficiency in Google Design Sprints.
• Experience with collaborative design and service design.
• Ability to conduct both informal and formal usability testing.
• Experience working within Agile software development frameworks.
• Skills in rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with software engineers in an Agile environment using rapid prototyping and testing.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of tenure in previous roles.
