Description

You will lead user acceptance testing to ensure successful software delivery and compliance. You will own the UAT lifecycle from planning through execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UAT test plans, strategies, and quality assurance standards.
• Implement processes to ensure UAT execution meets auditing and federal certification requirements.
• Lead, coach, and mentor UAT team members while collaborating with development teams on release planning.
• Create and execute business requirements, test plans, and test scripts.
• Monitor system configuration testing, component testing, and migration across instances.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing a User Acceptance Test team.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience with database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience with testing methodologies including Unit, Integration, System, Performance, and Acceptance testing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent workplace experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with federal certification and auditing requirements.
