Description

You own the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure software applications meet business requirements and user specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios derived from business requirements and user stories.
• Document and report defects with detailed reproduction steps and system impact analysis.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide direct support to end-users during the UAT phase.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or software testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including test case development and defect management.
• Proficiency in SQL and core database concepts.
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB certification.
