You will validate that delivered software solutions meet specific business requirements through rigorous testing and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret business requirements to create detailed test scenarios, scripts, and UAT documentation.
• Execute UAT against signed-off user stories and manage the retesting of fixed defects.
• Identify and extract custom data required for testing purposes.
• Collate and report test results to provide stakeholders with the information needed for informed sign-off decisions.
• Advise cross-functional teams on the testability of business requirements and provide oversight for business readiness plans.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience as a testing analyst.
• 5 years of experience working at a professional services firm.
• Proven experience working on large global projects.
• Proficiency with test tracking and execution tools such as HP ALM and Jira.
• Strong ability to review both business and technical documentation.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS service models.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Project, Visio, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MS Visual Studio or Azure DevOps.
• High degree of familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies.
