You will support the documentation and content development team by automating tasks and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities

• Reduce overhead and clear technical debt for the User Assistance team.
• Automate workflows using C/C++, C#, Python, HTML, and CSS.
• Manage source control using Git or GitHub.
• Support the Translation Architect in driving efficiency gains.
• Streamline documentation processes and assist with graphic design.

Required Skills

• Competency in Git or GitHub for source control management.
• Working knowledge of C/C++, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Strong research skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Interest in technical writing, content development, or translation.
• Ability to work in a small, busy team environment.

Education and Experience

• Any Graduate.
• 1+ years of experience.
