Description

You will lead the design strategy for enterprise-scale digital products, ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs. You are responsible for architecting scalable, modular, and token-driven design systems that govern UI standards across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve experience strategies aligned with business objectives and user requirements.
• Architect and maintain scalable, modular, and token-driven enterprise design systems.
• Establish and govern design standards across products, driving adoption of atomic and composable principles.
• Design high-quality, accessible interfaces and conduct usability testing to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for enterprise-scale digital products.
• Proficiency in React and ReactJS for building interactive user interfaces.
• Expertise in Figma for designing, prototyping, and managing design systems.
• Strong understanding of design tokens, theming, and scalable UI architecture.
• Experience creating component libraries and reusable UI patterns.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Ability to design responsive and adaptive experiences across devices.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, product, and data teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI-driven design concepts such as generative UI and intelligent interfaces.
