Lead user experience design initiatives for assigned projects in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UX design processes and strategy.
• Manage end-to-end design workflows for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine UX requirements.
• Drive design decisions based on user needs and project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in User Experience Design.
• Proven track record in UX design leadership.
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity in Chicago, IL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing design teams or workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with prototyping and user testing tools.
