Description

You will translate product strategy into interaction flows and final designs for employee-facing experiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, accessible, and engaging designs that align with brand and digital standards.
• Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, and conduct user testing to validate designs.
• Collaborate with technology partners and cross-disciplinary teams to plan new features and ensure correct implementation during development.
• Use data-driven insights from user research to inform and refine design decisions.
• Participate in design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to user-centered design methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design.
• Expertise in interaction and visual design.
• Proficiency in Axure, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing responsive websites, applications, and native mobile applications.
• Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or a related discipline.
