Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and technical specifications for product features.
• Incorporate branding and common design guidelines into all product designs.
• Maintain style guides for multiple delivery methods.
• Apply user-centered design methodologies and protocols to solve complex problems.
• Translate analytics data into visual designs to support insight generation.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• 3-5 years of experience in agriculture, construction vehicles, or electronics manufacturing industries.
• 3-5 years of experience with Agile development methodologies.
• 3-5 years of experience with responsive design and mobile/tablet interfaces.
• 3-5 years of experience with data-driven analytics tools such as ContentSquare, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
• 3-5 years of working knowledge of software development and testing practices.
• 1-3 years of product design experience.
• 1-3 years of experience working in team environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a Design-related field (Graphic, Industrial, or Interaction Design).
